John’s deep knowledge of snow and ice management, combined with his commitment to quality service, has helped build The Snowmen into a trusted name for commercial property owners. Whether he is behind the wheel of a plow truck or training new team members, John sets the standard for excellence in the field. Crystal is the driving force behind The Snowmen’s seamless operations and client satisfaction. With a deep understanding of the snow and ice management industry, she oversees everything from contract management and billing to route planning, GPS tracking, and team coordination. Crystal’s sharp attention to detail ensures that every property is prepared before, during, and after a storm. She communicates weather strategies to property managers, trains crews on tech tools, and keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Her dedication to building strong client relationships and maintaining operational excellence helps The Snowmen deliver the reliable, proactive service they’re known for. When she’s not coordinating the next storm response, Crystal is scouting new business opportunities, mentoring her team, or sharing a laugh with her granddaughter, who lovingly calls her “Yaya.”
